Clay targets are very brittle, more than glass or porcelain.
To prevent breakage the G.M.V. machines are equipped with a
special elevator which gently lowers the targets down to the
throwing table. This kind of gentle handling reduces breakage
and saves money over the life of the machine.
The large throwing table and the long throwing arm put a fast
spin on the target which makes for a consistent flight path.
Special featrures reduce throwing arm vibrations and wear on
motor parts. Everything is designed for a long throwing life.
